Priority check-in and late check-out (subject to availability).
Dedicated 24x7 concierge and customer support assistance.
Web check-in support for flights through our assistance desk.
Comfortable, clean, and reliable transportation services.
2. Travel Comfort & Safety
Immediate vehicle replacement in case of breakdowns.
Complimentary travel insurance for all travelers.
In-flight meals included where applicable.
Seat preference assistance on flights (subject to availability).
3. Child & Family Benefits
One child below 6 years sharing parents’ room without an extra bed is accommodated free on the land package. Flight charges apply separately.
4. Booking & Payment Conditions
25% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
50% payment is required between 29 to 20 days prior to departure.
100% payment is mandatory for bookings made within 20 days of departure.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
100% refund on land package for cancellations made at least 3 working days before departure (flight charges are non-refundable).
No refund will be applicable for cancellations within 3 working days of departure.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
6. Service Compensation Commitment
Pickup delay compensation of ₹250 for every 30 minutes of delay.
Hotel or room discrepancies will be resolved through an upgrade at no extra cost.
Cabs provided will not be older than 3 years; otherwise, compensation applies.
Delay in travel documents beyond 24 hours after full payment will be compensated.
7. Legal Disclaimer & Jurisdiction
All policies are subject to applicable Indian laws. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. Touric reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of this policy without prior notice.
