Touric Online Pvt. Ltd. values the privacy, security, and trust of its B2B Partners, Travel Agents, and Corporate Clients (“Users” or “Partners”). This Privacy Policy and B2B Partner Terms describe how Touric collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information and define the legal terms governing use of the Touric platform, including websites, APIs, dashboards, and related services (the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy and the accompanying Partner Terms.
1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Touric complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant international data protection frameworks.
2. DATA CONTROLLER & DATA PROCESSOR CLARIFICATION
Touric acts as a Data Controller for Platform-related, account, compliance, billing, and operational information.
Touric acts as a Data Processor for booking, traveler, and passenger data submitted by B2B Partners for fulfillment of travel services.
Partners remain responsible for ensuring lawful collection and authorization for sharing traveler data with Touric.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Touric collects personal, business, transactional, and technical information necessary to operate a B2B travel distribution platform, including but not limited to:
Business entity details (legal name, incorporation details, PAN, GST, CIN/LLPIN)
Primary and alternate contact details (name, designation, email, mobile number)
Login credentials and account access information
Booking and transaction data (traveler details, itineraries, fares, services booked)
Financial and billing details (banking information, invoices, payment confirmations)
Technical and usage data (IP address, browser type, device information, activity logs)
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Information is used strictly for legitimate business purposes, including:
Enabling bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, rail, visa, insurance, and related services
Processing payments, refunds, credits, and reconciliations
Sending operational notifications, system alerts, and policy updates
Maintaining account security, fraud prevention, and risk management
Meeting legal, regulatory, airline, supplier, and tax obligations
Improving platform performance, analytics, and user experience
Touric does not sell or rent personal or business data.
5. INFORMATION SHARING
Touric may share information on a need-to-know basis with:
Airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport operators, and travel suppliers
Payment gateways, banks, and financial institutions
Government, tax, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities when required by law
Authorized third-party technology and operational service providers
All third parties are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and data security.
Touric is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or service issues arising from data, content, availability, or confirmations provided by third-party travel service providers.
6. DATA SECURITY
Touric implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only, on a strict need-to-know basis, for operational, legal, or compliance purposes.
While industry-standard security practices are followed, users acknowledge that no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. DATA BREACH HANDLING
In the event of a data breach, Touric will take reasonable steps to:
Investigate and assess the incident
Mitigate potential risks or impacts
Notify affected users and/or regulatory authorities where required under applicable law
8. DATA RETENTION
Data is retained only as long as necessary to:
Provide contracted services
Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, and audit requirements
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
Certain financial, tax, and compliance-related records may be retained for longer periods as required under applicable laws.
After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted, anonymized, or destroyed.
9. USER RIGHTS & REQUESTS
Partners may request to:
Access or update their information
Correct inaccuracies
Request deletion or restriction of processing (subject to legal obligations)
Raise privacy-related complaints
Requests can be submitted to support@touric.ai, subject to identity verification.
10. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Touric may use cookies or similar technologies to improve functionality, analyze usage, and generate anonymized reports. Disabling cookies may affect certain features.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Platform may contain links to external websites. Touric is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third-party sites.
12. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER
As a global B2B OTA, data may be stored or processed outside India. Touric ensures appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
13. CHILDREN
The Platform is intended strictly for B2B use. Touric does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
14. POLICY AMENDMENTS
Touric may revise this Policy and Partner Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
B2B PARTNER LEGAL TERMS
15. INDEMNITY & HOLD HARMLESS
The Partner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Touric Online Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from Partner actions, omissions, or violations.
This obligation survives termination.
16. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & KYC
Partners must maintain valid registrations, licenses, and approvals and submit accurate KYC documents when requested. Touric may suspend or terminate access for non-compliance or misrepresentation.
17. TAXES, FEES & INVOICING
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Partners are responsible for their own tax compliance. Errors arising from incorrect Partner information shall be the Partner’s responsibility.
18. PLATFORM & TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
The Platform and APIs are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Touric is not liable for downtime, supplier failures, connectivity issues, or technical errors beyond its control.
Unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Touric shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed service fees earned in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
20. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy and Partner Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
